EN - Finding a date for the founding meeting
Things are slowly but surely picking up speed in our little association and yet our association is not yet an official association. The statute is ready (more information about it in our internal channels), the founding meeting minutes template is also ready, but we still need to finally form our association. For this purpose, I would like to invite all people who want to become a founding member that they fill out our appointment survey by Friday (05/05/2023) at 8pm. In the future, the regular meetings for the work of the association will mostly take place in the digital space, but for the founding meeting we should meet in person and put our signatures on paper. The exact location for the founding meeting can be debated in the following days.
If you want to be a founding member of the In Between Spaces neV. and not yet have access to the aforementioned survey or our internal Discord Server, please write an email to hello [at] in-between-spaces.live before by Thursday the 4th of May. We’ll get back to you and get you all set up.
DE - Terminfindung zur Gründungsversammlung
Es kommt langsam aber sicher Fahrt in unseren kleinen Verein und dennoch ist unser Verein noch kein offizieller Verein. Die Satzung ist fertig (mehr Informationen dazu in unseren internen Kanälen), die Gründungsversammlungsprotokollvorlage ist ebenfalls fertig, doch müssen wir unseren Verein noch endgültig gründen. Ich möchte dazu alle Personen, die ein Gründungsmitglied werden wollen, einladen, dass sie unsere Terminumfrage bis Freitag (05.05.2023) um 20 Uhr ausfüllen. Die regulären Meetings zur Vereinsarbeit werden in Zukunft in den meisten Fällen im digitalen Raum stattfinden, für die Gründungsversammlung sollten wir uns jedoch in Person treffen und unsere Unterschriften aufs Papier setzen. Die genaue Location für die Gründungsversammlung kann in den folgenden Tagen debattiert werden.
Wenn du ein Gründungsmitglied des In Between Spaces neV. sein möchtest und noch keinen Zugang zu der oben genannten Umfrage oder unserem internen Discord Server hast, schreibe bitte bis Donnerstag, den 4. Mai eine E-Mail an hello [at] in-between-spaces.live. Wir melden uns dann bei euch und richten alles ein.
